So you've packed the kids away with the neighbors or the grandparents for the weekend, and you seek something completely different for the weekend. Few things could be more out there than a Star Trek convention.

How convenient that Trek Trax Atlanta has landed at the Holiday Inn Atlanta Perimeter, 4386 Chamblee-Dunwoody Road, from Friday through Sunday. This latest Star Trek convention features such guests as Tim Russ, who played Tuvok in Star Trek: Voyager; Barbara March, Lursa in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Deep Six Nine; and Gwynyth Walsh, B'Etor in  Star Trek: The Next Generation and Deep Six Nine.

The event promises everything Star Trek, so spend a day or book a room for the weekend.  Dress up like Captain Kirk and bring along your pet Tribble.
