Judy Mae Petrovsky, 67, of Milton has been arrested and charged with DUI and felony hit-and-run in this morning's collision on Roswell Street, the Marietta Police Department reports.

The vehicle that critically injured the unnamed bicyclist is believed to be Petrovsky's 2005 Lexus ES 300 series sedan, police said.

Petrovsky was arrested about 4 a.m., Cobb County Jail records show, and her bail was set at $10,000.

Marietta's Selective Traffic Enforcement Program unit worked with Alpharetta police to locate the vehicle and make the arrest, Marietta police said in an announcement on Nixle.

A Toyota sedan struck a bicyclist and drove away about 12:30 a.m. today in Marietta, 11 Alive News reports.

The cyclist was taken to WellStar Kennestone Hospital, where he is in critical condition, 11 Alive says.

The collision occurred on Roswell Street at Aviation Street.

Anyone who has information about the hit-and-run wreck or who sees a gray or silver Toyota that has heavy front-end damage and is missing the right side-view mirror is asked to call Marietta police Officer Justin Rutland at 770-794-5364.
