Frosted, Unfrosted Mini-Wheats Recalled

The Kellogg's products have possible flexible metal mesh from a manufacturing part.

 

By Kellogg's:

We have initiated a voluntary recall due to the possible presence of fragments of flexible metal mesh from a faulty manufacturing part.

Recalled products include only Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size Original and Mini-Wheats Unfrosted Bite Size with the letters KB, AP or FK before or after the Best If Used Before date.

How did you guys know there was metal? Did the consumer complain or did you guys find out by yourself? Because i got a screw in fruit by the foot by general mills product and i told them and they send me $24.00dls in coupons and im still waiting for the hospital bill for my 3 year old so i can send it to them. So far general mills hasnt recall anything.

what should I look for if I'm hurt by this product, I eat this cereal all the time
