Before it was the Marietta Trolley Co., it was a gas station—something that is obvious when you look at the structure. What many visitors to the trolley company may not know is that more than just the structure of the gas station remains.
Roland, a mechanic who was killed in 1928 when a car fell on him, still makes an appearance at his former workplace from time to time, said Chuck Volner, a paranormal researcher for over 30 years and founder and director of Southern Paranormal Examinations And Research, Inc., S.P.E.A.R., which is based in Marietta.

The Folks at the Marietta Trolley Company, Marietta Ghost Tours, and the Marietta Pedi Cabs (all located in the same place) sre Great Folks. The Trolley is Fun and informative, the Pedi Cab Drivers are Courteous and Committed, and the Ghost Tour Guides are Fantastic Story-Tellers,,,and they get pretty close to the Truth more times than they know,
