$300K of Wire Stolen from 'Anchorman 2' Set

Thieves stole about $300,000 in wire from the set of the sequel of the now-classic Anchorman comedy, starring Will Ferrell, in December.

They broke into a warehouse on Defoors Hills Road being rented to Paramount Worldwide Productions, according to a report from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

UPDATE: Body of Lawrenceville Man Pulled from Lake Lanier

The body of Robert Armistead, 54, was pulled from the Lake Lanier Sunday.

The Hall County Sherrif's Department informed Lawrenceville Patch that Armistead's 10 to 15 foot jon boat was found overturned in the water about 10 feet off the shore.

Investigators Search County CEO's Home in Southland Subdivision

DeKalb County investigators searched the home and office of county CEO Burrell Ellis this morning.

Ellis appeared before local media shortly before 1 p.m. and said he's unaware of any wrongdoing by him or those within his office related to the watershed department's bidding.
