The Menu

The menu consists of fruit smoothies, green smoothies and juices. Take a look at a couple of the items under each section.

Fruit Smoothies: Urdhva Mukha (Upward Dog)—Orange, carrot, peach, mango and pineapple; and Adho Mukha (Downward Dog)—Orange, vanilla almond milk, raspberry, strawberry and pineapple, among other flavors.

Green Smoothies: Anjali Mudra (Salutation)—Kale, swiss, chard, banana, blueberry, agave and ice; and Vasisthasana (Side Plank)—Swiss chard, spinach, strawberry, raspberry, orange and jalapeno, among other flavors.

Juices: Twisted Root—Apple, carrot and ginger; and Crocodile—Orange, kale, spinach, ginger and jalapeno, among other flavors.

Additions: Spinach, kale, collards, swiss chard, beet, carrot, apple, grape, ginger, blueberry, strawberry, pineapple, mango, raspberry, wheatgrass shot and protein booster.
