Video: Marietta University Enhancement District Study
The purpose of the study is to develop a redevelopment plan for Cobb and South Marietta Parkways, increase visibility of Life and Southern Polytechnic State universities and help to connect the universities with the surrounding community.
The city of Marietta, Southern Polytechnic State University and Life University have partnered to examine ways to make the universities more visible along Cobb Parkway, focus on redevelopment strategies and appropriate land uses along Cobb Parkway and South Marietta Parkway.
