Patch has a long history of such deletions, I see that it now continues under the 'new' Hale Global brand as well as under the old AOL administration. Well I am all on board I have had nothing but 3rd grade service from these guys. My first weekRead Morealone I had my box go out the svc tech said that was old warehouse box and he was surprised they even gave it to me. Then the DSl box went out and guess what the same tech said the same thing about that it was old material. They never came off with anything on those two episodes well then my phone did not work for 14 months and I i called in they have a record of it never followed up. Well my company tows for them I had a tech nearby come in just to look it turned out it was originally hooked up in wrong plug it took 10 seconds to fix. Called them up to complain about that and no follow up no credits or anything. Now just as of last week I finally looked at my bill because my wife usually paid it and they were charging me for three different packages I cancelled one year ago and I had a screen shot of the cancellation he refunded one month and supposedly put in email to get the rest taken care of but its been 9 days and my balance is still the same.

Shaun, go to Comcast's Facebook page and write your complaint. Comcast has people monitoring theRead Morecom ments and responding. It is the 1st logo that comes up and has the rainbow colors that used to be the old peacock. To the right side of the page you will see a small box with comments. Click on see all. It may be on the left side that there is a box to write a comment. If you write on the page Comcast Sucks, no one will respond to you. I'm told that you can post on Twitter too. Last week someone called and said they looked into my account and will give me credit. I'm waiting for it in writing however. Good luck!

I was looking for a new company and based on ALL the bad reviews, I decided to stay where I am.Read MoreI've heard that Charter is excellent, but isn't in most areas. Maybe let Comcast kn ow that there will be a great exodus when Charter expands.
