An outdoor fitness class where people who enjoy exercising outdoors and want to challenge themselves. The class works the entire body. It’s an outdoor circuit training class and the exercises very. It's a go at your own pace so people at any level can participate. Please RSVP if you plan onattending. If your new to the class then please contact us and we will send youthe proper forms to fill out before you can participate in the class. If youwish to wait until Saturday morning please show up 15 minutes early.
