Imagine if you were a senior citizen in a nursing home and NO friends or relatives ever came to visit you…not even for holidays.

Neighbor Love wants to brighten the day of a WHOLE BUNCH of valuable seniors THIS Mother’s Day.

Adopt-a-Senior for Mother’s Day is a GREAT way to let a valuable senior know that someone still loves them.

We are holding these events at FOUR homes in Metro Atlanta.  Our total goal for gift bags for METRO ATLANTA is 400.

Neighbor Love will be delivering gift bags of goodies to seniors during a Mother’s Day party on Saturday, May 10th, 430-7pm at Anderson Mill Health and Rehabilitation Center, 2130 Anderson Mill Rd., Austell, GA 30106.

We will be serving the ladies a meal catered by: California Pizza Kitchen, Smoky Bones BBQ and The Cheesecake Factory.  We will need volunteers to bring beverages to share with the residents and volunteers.

Our goal is to provide a gift bag to EVERY senior woman in Anderson Mill Health and Rehabilitation Center totaling 75.

The gift bags will include: skin lotion, socks, a rose, a piece of fruit, a hand-made Mother’s Day Card, and a stuffed animal.

(exact contents of gift bag are subject to change according to availability of merchandise and the amount of donations received)

The investment to Adopt-a-Senior for Mother’s Day is just $20 per gift bag. You can sponsor as many seniors as you would like. A donation of ANY amount is appreciated.
