The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC is pleased to announce that real estate professional, Lisa Brutvan, has joined their team as the new vice president of strategy and product development. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Brutvan brings a variety of knowledge and skills to this brand new position at The Providence Group.

Prior to The Providence Group, Brutvan’s background includes experience in sales, construction, architecture, land acquisition, advertising, marketing and management. In 2000, Brutvan founded Focused Market Solutions, LLC, an Atlanta based real estate advisory firm specializing in providing fundamental marketing support to builder and development clients. Additionally, she was the qualifying broker and president of Marksman Realty Services, LLC, an Atlanta based brokerage firm specializing in land transactions.

As vice president of strategy and product development, Brutvan will work directly with Jolly to develop and implement the overall strategic plan for the company as it applies to growth, land acquisition, product programming, project planning, internal operating systems and interdepartmental communications. As a liason between land acquisition and development and the sales, marketing and construction teams, Brutvan will work to ensure that critical information is tracked and disseminated in a timely manner, creating a stronger team and even better process for home buyers.
