Traton Homes to Sponsor Cherokee Heights Arts Festival

Traton Homes is excited to announce that one of its newest Cobb County communities, Montgomery Park, will be a sponsor of this year’s Cherokee Heights Arts Festival. Held on Etowah Drive in the historic Cherokee Heights neighborhood in the heart of Marietta, The Cherokee Heights Arts Festival is scheduled for Saturday, November 9, 2013 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

“The Cherokee Heights Arts Festival has been a popular tradition for area residents since 2009 and we are thrilled to be a part of this year’s event,” said Kimberly Garwood, director of marketing for Traton Homes. “With Montgomery Park conveniently located within walking distance of the Festival, this is a great opportunity for us to support our local community while getting to know our neighbors.”

With local artists selling everything from jewelry to paintings and so much more, the Cherokee Heights Arts Festival offers attendees the opportunity to get a jump start on their holiday shopping. Musical entertainment will be provided throughout the day and a kid’s art booth will help to entertain the little ones with sand art and face painting. Admission to the Festival is free and parking is available along neighboring streets. For more information on the Cherokee Heights Arts Festival, visit http://www.cherokeeheightsartsfestival.org/
