A Ride Through History on the Marietta Trolley
The Historic Marietta Trolley Co. embarks on its fourth year of giving tourists and residents a different look at Marietta and its characters.
The was kind enough to let Patch photographer Kim Koch come along on a ride through Marietta history. The trolley itself is a modern vehicle with a vintage look, thus offering comfort with a hint of the past.
The Historic Marietta Trolley Co. offers one-hour fully narrated tours of Marietta and Kennesaw Mountain as well as a "Scary-etta" ghost tour, a Civil War tour, charters for weddings and shuttles for Atlanta Braves games, special events and corporate outings.
