The Haunted Museum: Villains in History:

Friday, Oct. 21 and Saturday, Oct. 22.  at the . Travel through time with some of the strangest and most terrifying figures who have ever lived. This year’s festivities include Waxworks of Horror, and you won’t want to miss The Black Box at the end of the tour. Not recommended for children 9 and under.

Prices: $7.50 for adults; $5.50 for children (ages 10 to 12). Don’t forget to check out the Pumpkin Trail on the Museum lawn. With partner Kennesaw Parks & Recreation,  the Pumpkin Trail will highlight historical characters and time periods and tales woven by  story-tellers. It will be a fun family day with food vendors, a costume contest and a festive fall atmosphere.

Down On The Farm: Summit Baptist Church:

Oct. 22 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 3385 Mars Hill Road, Acworth. There will be inflatables, children's games and activities, a silent auction, local vendors, food and music by the Parrot Island Band. BBQ ribs and hotdog plates will be available for purchase.

Fall Celebration: Bascomb United Methodist Preschool:

Oct. 23 from 2 to 5 p.m. at 2295 Bascomb Carmel Road, Woodstock. Games, crafts and a bounce house will be available for the children, along with a pumpkin carving contest and a cake walk. Food items will also be for sale.
