Marietta Easter Services, Events

will host Sunrise Easter Service. The event is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Marietta and the Rotary Club of Marietta. The service will be held on Easter Sunday at 7 a.m. at the park visitor center. There will be a 30 to 45 minute program including: Easter Service with The Reverend Dr. James Speed, Community Church Service, Scripture Reading and Sermon, and Music and Hymns.

Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church will celebrate the season with an Easter Egg Hunt and Jerusalem Market on Saturday from 9 to 10:30 a.m.

Services on Sunday include: Sunrise Service at 7 a.m.; Breakfast from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m.; and Sanctuary, Encounter 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Nursery is offered for the 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. services

The Salvation Army Marietta Easter Sunday School Celebration starts with breakfast and the bible all in one at 9:30 a.m. The worship service will follow at 10:30 a.m. and an Easter Egg Hunt at 11:45 a.m. 202 Waterman St., Marietta.

's Sunday services are at 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.

Presbyterian Church of Marietta will hold services on Sunday at 8:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary, 9:45 a.m. in the Great Hall and 11:15 a.m. in the Great Hall. At 11:15 a.m. Praise and Worship will take place in the Sanctuary.

Liberty Church's services will take place at 8 a.m., 10 a.m., noon and 6 p.m. on Sunday. The 10 a.m. and noon services will have Spanish translation available through headsets.

will have services at 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Sunday.

will hold a Holy Saturday service at 10 a.m., a Great Vigil of Easter and Baptisms at 8 p.m. Saturday, and Easter Sunday service at 7:30 a.m., 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.

will hold worship services at 11 a.m. The services will meet in their usual venues: Blended Worship in the Worship Center, Connections Worship in the Gym, Brazilian Worship in the Loft, and Children's Worship in the Choir Room.

will have three identical services on Sunday at 7, 9 and 11 a.m. The 9 and 11 a.m. services will have childcare ministry for birth-kindergarten only.

will hold a Seder Meal, a Christian adaptation of Passover, in the Family Life Center on Thursday at 7 p.m. Contact 770-422-5450 for more information. On Saturday from 1 to 2 p.m., children third grade and younger can participate in the Annual Easter Egg Hunt.

On Sunday at 11 a.m., celebrate with music and praise through the Hallelujah, Praise the Lamb, an Easter Celebration.

The will hold a Passover Seder complete with a delicious traditional Seder dinner, insights, singing, four cups of wine and Matzah galore. The First Seder is Friday and the Second Seder is Saturday. Call 678-460-7702 for more information.
