Hi, my name is Fern. I'm a sweet 7-month-old, 27-pound girl who was left at the shelter by my family on Aug. 23. I may be deaf, but that doesn't hold me back. I will learn hand signals and what you are saying by watching your mouth. Deaf dogs make excellent pets. We are loving and well behaved. I just need a chance at a forever home. I will be spayed, tested for heart worms and micro-chipped when adopted.
