Spring Break Fun with Family Deals!

Marietta Patch provides a selection of great bargains for the whole family each Wednesday morning.

Around the Marietta Square:  

1) The returns this year on Saturday and will be located between and the from April through November. Open no later than 9 a.m. and running until noon, the market features Georgia-grown produce, including heirloom tomatoes, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, squash, beans, amazing cut flower arrangements, local honey, herbal soaps, whole grain breads, fudge pies, jelly, jam and preserves. And for the dog lovers, all natural and organic dog biscuits. Live garden, yard and culinary herb plants fresh ands freshly squeezed lemonade! Rain or shine. Free parking available all day.

 2) Marietta’s First Friday Art Walk  is a free self-guided tour of the Marietta Square’s art scene. Friday Galleries, museums, cultural venues, restaurants and boutiques host artists within their businesses from 6 to 9 p.m. on the first Friday of every month from March through October rain or shine. 

3) Guided Tours of the Historic Marietta Square. Learn about the history of our quaint city. Tours begin at 131 Church Street. Rates for the guided tours are $10 and include stories about Glover Park, Joanne Woodward and the Strand Theatre, restaurants on the Square, Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art, St. James Episcopal Church, Clarke Library, First Baptist Church and The Depot (Marietta Welcome Center) and The Kennesaw House.
