Take a look at what's happening in Marietta this weekend, and don't forget to add your own events.

1. Join the Green Thumb Gardening Series presented by Marietta Council of Garden Clubs on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Marietta Educational Gardening Center, 505 Kennesaw Ave.

The workshop is Trees and Shrubs and includes presentations, lunch and a private tour of local garden or nursery. Pre-registration is required, and it is $30 per workshop. Call 770-426-0538 for more information.

2. Saturday, Jan. 21 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. will be having free adult acting classes. If you're 16 or older and love to act, you can register for this class.

From 10 to 11 a.m. Theatre in the Square also invites children ages seven to 15 for a free acting class. Call Theatre in the Square's box office at 770-422-8369 by Friday, Jan. 20 at noon to register.

3. Come see The Ladies Man, a comedy adapted from then French play Tailleur pour Dames by Georges Feydeau, at . The Ladies Man will play from Tuesday through Saturday at 8 p.m., Sunday at 7 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. and Wednesday at 2:30 p.m.

4. bring to the on Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.

5. Come to the Square on Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon for the Marietta Square Farmers Market.
