Marietta StreetFest

On September 15, the Marietta Museum of History presents Marietta StreetFest, a one-day event with a top-notch arts & crafts market and antique alley, the Family Fun Zone, the Hubcaps and History Classic Car Show, Trash or Treasure (a verbal approximation by a local antiques expert that lets people know what they truly have), fresh produce at the Marietta Square Farmers Market and a chance to visit the delightful neighborhood restaurants, shops and historic sites found around the Square. The Marietta Grassroots Festival will provide music featuring original sounds.  Visitors the day of StreetFest will also receive free admission to the Marietta Museum of History.

Each year, the Marietta StreetFest raises funds for the Marietta Museum of History. The museum is located just west of the Square in the Kennesaw House, which was built as a cotton warehouse in 1845 and houses four galleries featuring collections from the Civil War, Local History, Homelife and the Military. www.mariettahistory.org
