If you want to get Ripped Off...Beauty Empire is the place!

Describe my experience, I really don't know where to began. This has to be the worst beauty supply in Marietta. On January 17, 2014, I was in the market for a wig and had the misfortune of going into Beauty Empire on Austell Road.

I tried on several wigs and decided on a Remy Lace Wig. The cost of this particular wig was over $200.00. The sales associate brought me a new one in a box and I completed the sale. When I returned home, tried on the wig and it looked like a cheap synthetic, I couldn't believe it, this was definitely not the same wig. It was stiff and looked matted.

To make this terrible experience short, I returned to Beauty Empire twice, expressing dissatisfaction with my purchase, even offered to take the display, which compared side by side the display was obviously a better quality hair.

Beauty Empire response was contact the manufacturer, we can't and won't help you and could care less if we ripped you off.

In conclusion, ladies BEWARE when purchasing higher quality wigs from this store. Check it out thoroughly before you leave...my mistake. The wig I purchased was not the wig I tried on and they knew it.
