Executives & More Staffing, Floor & Décor Outlets to Recruit in Marietta
The companies will be recruiting outside sales recruiters, leasing agents, grounds keepers, housekeepers, disc jockeys, HVAC certified maintenance technicians, product sales specialists, warehouse specialists and customer service associates.
The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) will help Executives & More and Floor & Décor Outlets fill a number of jobs in Cobb County and metro Atlanta.
The recruitments will be held next week at the GDOL’s Cobb-Cherokee Career Center, located at 465 Big Shanty Road in Marietta.
Executives & More, a staffing company, will be recruiting on Wednesday, Oct. 17, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The company will be recruiting for outside sales recruiters, leasing agents, grounds keepers and housekeepers, disc jockeys, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) certified maintenance technicians.

Since travel is involved with the jobs, applicants must have a Class C driver’s license and at least one year of experience in their field. The outside sales recruiter must have at least two years experience. While the salary is based on commission, the company provides a gasoline card and bonuses for 20 to 30 hours of work each week.
The leasing agent must have at least one year of customer service experience and basic computer skills. The salary is $9-$11 an hour for 20 to 30 hours each week.

Applicants for the grounds keeper and house keeper positions must have at least one year of experience. Housekeepers make $8 an hour, while groundskeepers make $9. The disc jockeys must have at least one year of experience. The disc jockeys’ schedule will be on an as-needed basis. The HVAC certified maintenance technicians must have at least three years of maintenance experience. The salary is $15-$20 an hour.
On Thursday, Oct. 18, from 10 a.m. to noon, Floor & Décor Outlets will be recruiting product sales specialists, warehouse specialists, and customer service associates with at least one year of experience in their respective fields.
Applicants must have at least a high school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and skilled with a computer. They must be able to work weekends and be mobile and lift as much as 50 pounds of merchandise.
Salaries are $8.55 to $11 an hour plus benefits, depending on experience.
