The Star newspaper reports Danny Dee Dickens of Woodstock drowned while swimming in the waters off the Gulf County, Florida coast.

Carter’s Grandson Aided Romney Video Release

The Dunwoody grandson of former president and Georgia governor Jimmy Carter arranged for the release of the controversial video of GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney, according to media reports.

WSB-TV and others have reported that James Carter IV of Dunwoody tracked down the person who did the hidden-camera video of Romney, then leaked it to the magazine Mother Jones.

Midtown HIV Agency Needs $10K to Assist Relocation

While developers are eager to begin moving forward on a mixed-use project on a 2.5-acre Midtown site, the current business tenants at the property are scrambling to find a new home.

One of those is the AIDS Research Consortium of Atlanta (ARCA), which has been housed since 1990 in the 131 Ponce de Leon Avenue located office building designed by famed architect I.M. Pei.
