Scary Trolley Rides, an Art Walk, More

Here's everything you need to know today before you leave the house.

1) It’s Friday…woo hoo!! Did ya survive Cinco De Mayo?? Good, then you can enjoy another beautiful day. It’s going to be sunny with a high near 74 and a low around 48.

2) Bring your Mom to the First Friday Art Walk tonight. The burgeoning, eclectic art scene in Marietta is the perfect backdrop for an artful stroll for the whole family.

Held the first Friday of the month, March through October, the Art Walk is a free, self-guided tour of Marietta’s diverse art scene. Art galleries, museums, cultural venues, restaurants and boutiques host artists within their stores and are open from 5 to 9 p.m.

3) Jazz Friday at dk Gallery is being held tonight. Come see the works of art while enjoying an evening of wine, live jazz and the unique opportunity to meet these featured artists.

4)  The Scary-etta Trolley Ghost Tour will be spooking it up tonight. Join Ghosts of Marietta and The Historic Marietta Trolley Company for a 90-minute “Spirited” ride aboard the trolley. Reservations must be made in advance. (770) 425-1006.
