Roswell Dance Theatre invites girls and their friends and families to experience the American Girl Fashion Show on March 1st, 2nd and 3rd, 2013 at the DoubleTree Hotel Ballroom in Roswell. This fun, engaging program showcases historical and contemporary fashions for girls and their dolls. Proceeds from the event will benefit RDT’s Children’s Charities.

One hundred local models will present the fashions, while lively commentary, music, and decorations help create a memorable experience for girls and their families. Audiences will delight in historical clothing from daywear to sleepwear and special occasion clothing that resembles what the popular American Girl characters Kaya, Caroline, Josephina, Marie-Grace and Cecile, Addy, Rebecca, Kit, Molly, and Julie might have worn. Contemporary, Girl of the Year and My American Girl outfits for girls ages 8 and up and sweet Bitty Baby fashions for little girls complete the program.

The event also includes refreshments, party favors, auction baskets and door prizes. Tickets are on sale now on Roswell Dance Theatre’s website www.tysod.com.

Good grief, if the rifle can kill someone, why on earth would you give it to a five-year-old? ThisRead More one just boggles my mind. I hope that even the NRA has a problem with this.

This is a fine example of freedom being too much to handle for some folks. The idiots who gave theRead More kid the gun should be jailed. Its obvious that a 5 year old should neither posses, nor handle a firearm period. Having said that I am a full supporter of the Second Amendment and the NRA. However we cannot measure the validity of the right to bear arms by using these idiot parents as a case study.
