Ready for what’s next in Atlanta real estate?

ULI Atlanta presents “Development: Here We Go Again … Part Deux,” where four major CRE players will share what the new market realities and challenges are for four key sectors in Atlanta real estate.

WHAT:   Development: Here we go again … Part Deux

Atlanta’s development community is showing signs of recovery. A June panel, focusing on new Atlanta construction, discussed continued investment in retail, development Downtown and several large-scale projects under construction in Midtown. As a follow-up discussion, four new panelists will share with attendees hot the recovery is taking shape for multi-family, office, hospitality and retail projects.

WHO:       ULI Atlanta

Panelists from four key sectors:

Multifamily – Phil Tague, AMLI AMLI Ponce Park

Hotel – Jerry Karr, GE Asset Management, Villa Christina

Retail – Mike Cohn, Cousins Properties, Emory Point

Office – Kyle Jenks, Parkside Partners, 2061 Peachtree

WHEN:           Wednesday, November 14, 2012

                        6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

WHERE:         3333 Piedmont Road, NE

                        Terminus 200 – Suite 2500

                        Atlanta, GA 30305

WHY: Attendees will receive information from those who know Atlanta real estate. No other event offers such a vast array of information at one time. Panelists will discuss their new projects – offering encouragement for our region’s real estate and construction future. Another interesting reason to attend – each project is in town, where we live, work and play. Atlanta is entering an exciting new cycle of real estate development and those attending will be on the cusp of rising tide.
