The Power of Food for Cancer Prevention and Survival (4 class series)

The Food for Life: Cancer Project classes offer a unique opportunity to acquire knowledge about the link between diet and cancer, experience the benefits of plant-based nutrition, and learn the practical cooking skills needed to help you on your journey to better health.

You will enjoy four weekly classes, each class lasting two hours. Receive cutting edge scientific information on diet, nutrition and disease, as well as a weekly cooking demonstration, along with food sampling of the most delicious and nutritious plant based dishes like Sweet-and-Sour Stir-Fry and Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Fruit.

This is a four-class series beginning on September 5th and continuing each Thursday night through September 26th.
