Wellspring Living’s Butterfly Gala

Wellspring Living will hold its annual gala at the InterContinental Hotel in

Atlanta on Saturday, Oct. 26. Attendees will hear stories of restoration from survivors who have graduated from Wellspring Living’s comprehensive programs. Funds raised will support its treatment programs to continue restoring women and girls who have been sexually abused, exploited or trafficked.

The Wellspring Living Butterfly Gala will also raise awareness to the issue of sex trafficking and the exploitation of children and women. Wellspring Living is a non-profit organization that confronts the issue of childhood sexual abuse and exploitation through awareness, training and treatment programs for women and girls ages 12-40. Founded in 2001, the organization is based in Tyrone, Ga., and home to the largest residential program for Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) survivors in the United States. Wellspring Living

provides safe and therapeutic environments that are key to the healing and successful futures of the many survivors whom the organization serves. 

Last year, the gala raised $80,000 to further Wellspring Living’s work. This supported the expansion of a new treatment facility as well as the many program expansions including mentorships, research and more.

This year’s presenting sponsor is the Chick-fil-A Foundation. Other supporting sponsors are Clipper Petroleum, Fab’rik, F&B, Girl Up of Woodward Academy and  Principle Solutions Group.
