Just because it's for sale does not mean you can use it. The photo shows the number one plumbing mistake I see during re-sale home inspections - the accordion drain pipe - it the plumbing equivalent of an electrician using an extension cord. This item is not approved for any use. The first requirement of a drain pipe is to be smooth to allow flow.
