question here is can YOU feel arousal when see other men or magazine or movie star..if unsure try this as an experiment just looking, as maybe you are still angry that he cheated,,with those feelings you can get blocked arousals..and that needs to still be worked out in marital therapy.,IF NO AROUSAL from anything, please see Ob-Gyn for a physical Examination, have some blood work done, and try to recall when last had an arousal..was it before you may have been prescribed a medication(some meds do have these side effects) ..if physical, labs are all good, no med side effects, THEN..1.) Consider Rx for Wellbutrin.
2.) Rx for Buspar 3.) Hormonal Cream/.Testosterone...but do check levels to not go too far afield.4.) low dose stimulants before sexual relationship 5.) Gingko Biloba 6,) Avlimil ...
