Arthritis Joint Supplements for Georgia Rain

As a new resident to Georgia, I have to say I’m a little surprised with all this rain. Coming from the Midwest, I expected to feel the heat that gives the Atlanta area the “Hotlanta” nickname. When I visited last year, I experienced the heat. That’s what I was prepared for. I was not prepared for all this rain.  I told my friends that I thought I moved to Hotlanta, not Seattle.

I normally love rain. But all this excessive rain brings out mosquitos. And now I’m learning that I have arthritis. Not even 30 and I have achy joints.  The change in barometric pressure when it rains can sometimes become unbearable.

I’m not one to turn to my doctor for prescription drugs. Coping with excessive rain and arthritis flare-ups, I began a hunt for arthritis joint supplements. There lots of options out there. I wanted to find the best glucosamine chondroitin supplement. Glucosamine helps our body build cartilage between our joints. Chondroitin improves joint mobility.

In my search, I was focused on quality and price. I found that although the supplement pills found at Kroger or Target were decently priced, they were pills. I learned that there are arthritis joint supplements that come in a liquid. Liquid glucosamine has an 80% absorption rate vs pills with only 20%. So although the price on glucosamine pills was decent, not getting the amount of the active ingredient really makes it less of a deal.

My advice for anyone suffering from arthritis during this rainy, summer season, is to look for the best glucosamine supplement that works for their budget and expectations. I ended up going for Synflex. You can buy online (at www.synflexamerica.com). They offer monthly specials and free shipping.
