7 Marietta Businesses Sell to Minors
Take a look at the Marietta businesses that passed the alcohol compliance check and the businesses cited for selling to minors on April 26.
The Marietta Police Department conducted an alcohol compliance check on April 26.
Forty-five businesses were checked. Seven sold alcoholic beverages to the department's underage buyers. The buyers did not provide false identification or misrepresent their age in any way. It is the responsibility of the seller to check ID, and refuse sell to underage persons.
