Armed Man Robs Red Roof Inn
After taking an undisclosed amount of cash from a Red Roof Inn, a male armed with a handgun fled on foot.
A man armed with a handgun entered the Red Roof Inn at 2200 Corporate Plaza at 5:45 a.m. Monday and forced the employee to open the safe, spokesman Sgt. Dana Pierce said in a press release.
The robber is described as a 5 foot 6 inch black male in his late 20s to early 30s. He was last seen wearing dark clothing with a bandanna that covered his face.
After taking an undisclosed amount of cash, the robber fled on foot.
