Cobb Homeless Camp Set on Fire, Two Injured

Someone poured gasoline on a tent in a homeless encampment located off Cobb Pkwy near Marietta and then set it on fire.

Two people suffered burns in a fire at a homeless encampment at Noonday Church Road and White Circle NW in Kennesaw Wednesday morning, according to MyFoxAtlanta and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. 

A man poured gasoline on the tent and then set it on fire, according to MyFoxAtlanta.

The man and women who were sleeping in the tent were sent to Grady Memorial Hospital with severe burns, according to the AJC

A suspect was arrested. Cobb Police are investigating.
