Georgia Auto Pawn Robbed Friday

The Cobb County Police Department needs the public's help.

The Cobb County Police Department is looking for the suspect in a Friday night armed robbery at Georgia Auto Pawn.

At approximately 6 p.m., a heavyset man walked into the business at 2000 South Cobb Dr., flashed a silver and black revolver and demanded money from the cash register, said Officer Mike Bowman, spokesman for the police department.

The suspect fled the business in an unknown direction after taking an unknown amount of cash. The suspect, described as a 6-foot-2 black man, was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, gloves and a ski mask.
