Marietta Driver Goes Wrong Way on Ga. 400, Causes Accident
The accident caused all lanes of Ga. 400 North to be shut down for several hours.
Frampere Ingle, 24, of Marietta, has been identified as the driver that entered Ga. 400 at Lenox Road going southbound in the northbound lanes causing Wednesday's two-fatality accident, according to a report by the AJC.
The northbound driver Ingle collided with has been identified as Eric Hanks. Hanks died at the scene, police said. Ingle died at Grady Memorial Hospital following the crash, according to Buckhead Patch.
A passenger in Ingle's vehicle, whose name has not been released, was severely injured and hospitalized in critical condition, according to police.

It appears alcohol may have been a factor in this accident.
The wrong way driver and the passenger in that vehicle were not wearing seatbelts at the time of the collision.
