Marietta Man Charged with Molestation
The alleged molestation occurred over a five year period.
A Marietta man accused of molesting a girl over a five year period has been arrested.
Raul Lopez Leyva was arrested Friday evening on several charges that include three counts of child molestation, according to online jail records.
The alleged molestation occurred between 2004 and 2009 at a residence in the 1100 block of Atlanta Road, according to an arrest warrant.
Leyva is in the Cobb County Adult Detention Center without bond. He has a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold on his release.
