Marietta Police Look for Missing Man

Stephen Newsome has not been seen since Feb. 10.

A 20-year-old Marietta man has not been seen since Feb. 10, and the Marietta Police Department hopes someone from the public might lead authorities to the missing man, whose photo was released this morning.

No foul play is suspected at this time in the case of Stephen Newsome, who was last seen leaving his Franklin Road apartment more than two months ago, said Officer David Baldwin, the spokesman for the police department.

"He was reportedly on his way to see someone about purchasing a motorcycle," Baldwin said. "Newsome has not made contact with friends, family or co-workers since."
