Police: Peeper Made iPod Videos

A Marietta man is out on $10,000 bond after being arrested Friday at Walmart.

A Marietta man was arrested on peeping-Tom and eavesdropping charges Friday at the Walmart Supercenter at 210 S. Cobb Pkwy., Cobb County Sheriff’s Office records show.

Stegall Jauquad Ponder, 23, is accused of using an iPod to peek under women’s skirts and secretly record videos on four occasions, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Marietta police made the arrest about 5 p.m. after Ponder was caught in the act, the AJC says, citing arrest warrants from Saturday.

Ponder was released on a $10,000 bond early Saturday, Cobb County Jail records show.

The first illicit video was made in May, WSB-TV reports, and Ponder pulled the trick three more times this month before being caught, police allege.
