Two Arrested for Racing Through Streets of Bethlehem – Barrow Patch
Two unlicensed drivers were arrested on Oct. 28, 2012 when a Barrow County Officer, who was parked in the Bethlehem Chick-fil-A parking lot, observed a silver Infiniti turn onto Exchange Boulevard while traveling at a high rate of speed.
According to the Barrow County police report, unlicensed drivers Miguel Ramirez-Bravo and Wilfredo Pineda-Franco were arrested and charged with racing and driving without a license. Ramirez-Bravo received an additional charge of passing in a no passing zone.

Ringing Cell Phone Signals Arrest – Athens Patch
A 43-year-old woman told police that she was at the intersection of College Avenue and Clayton Street at 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 4 when a man assaulted her.
She described his appearance to an officer and they found Anthony Lamar Zachary, 49, of Herring Street. The woman told police officers that Zachary had come up to her and grabbed her on the buttocks and "her private area," then made inappropriate comments to her when she tried to move away from him.

Georgia Supreme Court to Take a Look at Gwinnett Trash Plan – Loganville Patch
Loganville resident Verlin Gilliam was not successful in his attempt to challenge the law and nor was Snellville resident Robert Mesteller.
But Mesteller is not giving up.
According to the Gwinnett Daily Post, Mesteller’s attorney, Chris McClurg, will argue the case in front of the Georgia Supreme Court Monday. This is an appeal to a Superior Court judgment on the issue that went against Mesteller in September. Mesteller contends that a fee, as in the case of solid waste collection, is not a tax and should not be added to a tax bill.

Man Accused of Scalping Tickets at LSU-Alabama Football Game – Dacula Patch
Six people, including two from Gwinnett County, were arrested Saturday night in Louisiana after allegedly scalping tickets to the Alabama-LSU game.
According to WRBL News, Jacob Moore of Dacula was arrested at Louisiana State University.
