The ’s Permits/Regulatory Services Unit conducted an Alcohol Compliance Check on June 21 in Marietta.
The following retail businesses were checked and passed the compliance check by not selling alcohol to the underage volunteer:
- , 824 South Cobb Drive;
- , 1155 South Cobb Drive;
- , 1414 South Cobb Drive;
- Citgo Food Mart, 1709 South Cobb Drive; and
- , 1890 South Cobb Drive.
The following locations passed the compliance check however they were issued citations for permits violations:
- , 800 South Cobb Drive;
- Quick Stop, 1080 South Cobb Drive; and
- (La Cabana), 1977 South Cobb Drive.
