Cobb Police have arrested two suspects in connection with the armed robbery of a Taco Bell restaurant in Cobb County Thursday.

Cobb Police have arrested two suspects in connection with the armed robbery of the Taco Bell restaurant located at 2169 Roswell Road in Marietta on Thursday, according to a press release from Cobb County Police.

Sgt. Dana Pierce said in the release that Terry Lee Magby III, and Jalen M. Smith, both 20 and both from Marietta, are being held without bond in the Cobb County Adult Detention Center.

Two men wearing masks and armed with a handgun entered the Taco Bell and demanded money from the employees, Pierce said in the release.

After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, both suspects left the area in a red, four-door Acura Vigor. A witness recorded the license plate number of the getaway car and reported it to responding officers, according to the release.

The Cobb County Police Department’s S.W.A.T. (Special Weapons and Tactics) team located the vehicle in the vicinity of the registered owner’s residence.
