Warrant: Woman Confronted Teen Exiting School Bus

"The accused was identified as the aggressor as the incident was recorded on video," according to a Cobb County criminal warrant.

A Marietta woman in her mid-30s allegedly fought a 14-year-old girl after she got off the school bus, and it was caught on tape.

About 3:15 p.m. May 20, the bus pulled up to the Laurel Hills Preserve apartments on Bells Ferry Road, and Talanda Hadiyah Teasley allegedly confronted the girl, according to a Cobb County criminal warrant.

"The accused was identified as the aggressor as the incident was recorded on video," according to the warrant. "The accused is seen in the video pushing the child several times and a fight developed."

The girl had a bruise above her eye as well as scratches on her forehead and under her eye, according to the warrant.

Marietta police arrested Teasley about 1:30 p.m. Friday at Laurel Hills Preserve on a misdemeanor charge of battery, according to online jail records. She was released just before 3:50 a.m. Saturday on a $1,000 bond.
