Marietta Police are looking into allegations of inappropriate contact made towards female children in the wave pool of White Water amusement park located at 250 Cobb Parkway.
Numerous witnesses have identified a possible suspect described as an older white male between the ages of 50 and 70 with white hair, according to Marietta Police.
Witnesses stated they observed the man having inappropriate contact with young female children in the wave pool, according to a press release from Marietta Police. The incidents occurred between the end of August and beginning of September.
Detectives are asking parents to question their female children between six and 12 years of age who were at the wave pool in White Water during the incident time frame if they ever experienced any suspicious activities concerning a man fitting this description.
Detectives have a possible suspect identified, but are withholding his information and photo due to investigatory reasons.
