Cobb Commissioners Set for Town Halls
District One Commissioner Helen Goreham will hold one this week, while District Four's Lisa Cupid will host one next week.
Two Cobb County commissioners are set to listen to residents at town hall meetings later this month.
The first town hall session, which will feature District One’s Helen Goreham, will be held Thursday, Sept. 19, at the West Cobb Senior Center, 4915 Dallas Highway in Powder Springs. The session is scheduled for 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Goreham serves northwest Cobb, with Macland Road serving as her district’s southern boundary.

Other District One town halls are scheduled for Oct. 17 and Nov. 21.

The second meeting this month will be headed by District Four Commissioner Lisa Cupid and is set for 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, at the Ron Anderson Recreation Center in Powder Springs.
Cupid represents the southwestern portion of Cobb, including the entirety of the county south of Macland Road.
