Marietta Election Day: Where, When to Vote

Here's everything you need to know about elections in Marietta today. Take a look at the ballot, where and when you can vote, and what you need.

Early voting, which ended Friday, saw 18,306 out of 396,416 registered voters in Cobb cast their ballots

What You Need

You must have photo identification when voting in person. Here are the six forms of IDs that are acceptable when voting:

  1. A Georgia driver's license.
  2. Any valid state or federal government issued photo ID, including a FREE Voter ID Card issued by your county registrar's office or the Georgia Department of Driver Services.
  3. Valid employee photo ID from any branch, department, agency or entity of the U.S. Government, Georgia or any county, municipality, board, authority or other entity of this state. 
  4. Valid U.S. passport.
  5. Valid U.S. military photo ID.
  6. Valid tribal photo ID.

General sample ballots are attached. To generate a personalized sample ballot go to the My Voter page of the state Board of Elections and enter your name, county and birthday. (This will only work if you are currently registered to vote.)
