Coffee Talk With Marietta City Schools Superintendent

"Coffee Talk" provides an informal opportunity for discussion with the Marietta community about topics of interest and importance in the school system.

Marietta City Schools (MCS) Superintendent, Emily Lembeck will host “Coffee Talk”—a community dialogue, at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 30, at Lockheed Elementary.

“Coffee Talk” provides an informal opportunity for discussion with the Marietta community about topics of interest and importance in the school system.

“It is important to provide regular opportunities throughout the school year where I can share district accomplishments, new strategic initiatives and our progress overall,” said Superintendent Lembeck.

“Continuing dialogue with our stakeholders has been one of my goals since becoming Superintendent and my Coffee Talks helps me to keep that conversation going and community engagement strong.”

“Coffee Talk” is free and open to the public. For more information, call 770.422.3500, ext. 231. Lockheed Elementary is located at 1205 Merritt Road, Marietta. Spanish-language interpreter services will be provided at the event.
