Directors Cup Recognizes Marietta, Osborne
Each year the Regions Bank Directors Cup is given to the top performing high school athletic department in each classification.
The Regions Bank Directors Cup is presented by the Georgia Athletic Directors Association to recognize the top athletic departments in the Georgia High School Association. Points are accumulated throughout each school year to determine the best programs in the state by classification, gender and region.
Points are tallied from each school’s top eight scoring sports among the 25 sanctioned GHSA sports in which each school participates. Each school that wins will receive a Regions Directors Cup trophy and wall banner.

scored 326 points which places them at No. 36. Both the boys’ and girls’ teams scored points in four sports.
The boys scored 66 points in cross country, 48 in swimming, 25 in basketball and 25 in soccer. The Lady Devils accumulated points in cross country (69), volleyball (53), basketball (25) and track (15).
