READing Paws benefit Wine Tasting at Marietta Wine Market

Calling all teachers, librarians, friends and family!  READing Paws will be the featured charity at the Marietta Wine Market on Saturday, March 31st at 2pm.  There will be several READing Paws teams on hand, dogs included, to answer your questions about READing Paws and the benefits it's had in Georgia!

Please invite your friends and family, kids included since the dogs will be there to keep them company!  This will be a rare opportunity to get your questions answered about the program when we're not working with a child in a library or school setting.  Find out how to start a program in your school or local library from Georgia's READing Paws President, Melissa Saul, who will be on hand with one of her dogs.

Suggested donation of $10-20 What:  Sample 5-6 wines from the Monticello Winery in NAPA Valley.  We could also use new and very gently used children's books for our Frequent Reader Program.  Content should be suitable for children in the 1st through 4th grades.  Any child who reads 10 books or comes for 10 reading visits is given a free book compliments of READing Paws.  Since we are a non-profit with a very limited budget, donations of books and cash are always welcome!  We normally don't do fundraisers, so any support you can provide at this event will be very much appreciated!
