Celebrating 5 years, the 2-day SoCon11 event kicks off with a Friday-night shindig at the historic Carter Center in downtown Atlanta complete with music, gourmet dinner buffet, and cash bar. Following is a day of networking and break-out sessions with some of the biggest names in digital media.

Through the past 5 years the SoCon series has provided an innovative and timely approach to the new media environment by putting attendees in contact with the foremost experts in the field. In the past we've introduced social media, covered user generated content, wikis, podcasts, and loads of other content. But time doesn't stand still. This year it's all about mobile.
