Kristin Beaudin Named Hickory Hills Principal

Kristin Beaudin replaces Diana Mills who is leaving the school district after seven years of service.

The Board of Education of the City of Marietta has named Kristin Beaudin, the current Assistant Principal at Compton Elementary, , as the new Principal at .

Beaudin assumes the post July 1. She replaces Diana Mills who is leaving the school district after seven years of service.

Beaudin brings eight years’ experience as a teacher and four years elementary grades administrative experience in the Cobb County School District.

“Her background as an instructional and area lead teacher, and her expertise in elementary curriculum and instruction, school improvement strategies in Title schools, and proven track record of building effective school partnerships with community resources and stakeholders are strengths she brings to the job,” said Emily Lembeck, Superintendent.

A graduate of Berry College, Beaudin earned an Educational Specialist degree at that institute and a Master in Education and Bachelor of Science from Kennesaw State University.
